USVery soft and warm. Print is very clean & clear. I made a mistake on the print and didn't catch it till after the order was placed and confirmed. I reached out to the 365Canvas support team the morning after to see if I could get it resolved prior to print. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected. Very happy with their after sales service and support. Wife is very happy and loves it.
