Cancellation Policy:

365Canvas believes that we provide our customers with ample information to make informed purchases.

Currently, orders are confirmed for printing 1 hour after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, customers will have 1 hour after checking out to hold the order to make adjustments or cancel the order.

If you have to cancel/hold the order, you can do it within 1 hour of placing the order. Please check your confirmation email for the instructions.

We do not accept cancellations after 1 hour or once the order has been taken into the printing process.

Refund/Return Policy:

  • Eligibility Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
