Last updated October 1, 2026Because every canvas is personalized just for you, we handle returns a little differently. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Our 90-day guarantee
If your canvas arrives damaged, has a print defect, or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
Damaged or defective items
We’ll send a free replacement as quickly as possible. Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Personalization errors
If the error is ours, we’ll reprint for free. If a typo or image was submitted in the design you approved, contact us and we’ll offer a discounted reprint.
Changes & cancellations
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your canvas may already be in production.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
