We do understand your worry when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly. If you don’t receive your order after 30 days (which will likely never happen), you will get a 100% refund of your money without additional questions.

Not as good quality as I expected.

This really was not very good quality. The picture is very fuzzy. I would’ve been fine with it if I paid maybe five dollars for it. But for the price I paid I expected a much better image. (Picture of what I received. The photo I took is not blurry, it is the quality of the item).

The ornament was delivered in a timely manner and the names were spelled correctly, however, the picture is quite fuzzy. It is not the clear picture seen in your advertisement.
