We do understand your worry when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly. Feedback regarding ornament

Disappointed at the vertical centering of the picture and text. It started lower on the top and ran long nearly off the ornament on the bottom. Overall, the quality of the ornament and picture/copy were very good.

Poor quality printing/ inadequate customer response

The printing on this ornament was fuzzy and off-center - not crisp and clean as it looks in the promotional photo, rendering me unable to give it as the gift it was intended for. I received a prompt initial response from customer service offering a replacement, which I agreed to if it could arrive before I needed to ship it, and if not I requested a refund. I have not yet received a response to this request.
