I received my ornament two days ago and it has the wrong family’s name on it even though the receipt clearly shows a picture of the preview ornament with my correct name I’ve sent three or four emails and have yet to hear back they asked for a picture of the ornament received so I sent the ornament that was received and have yet to hear back so hopefully it’s replaced soon
