All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

We have facilities in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and Spain.
Orders will be shipped from there, depends on your location.

The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 2-5 business days.

We do understand your worry when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly. If you don’t receive your order after 30 days (which will likely never happen), you will get a 100% refund of your money without additional questions.

Photos did not come out as high quality as I thought they would. Probably would have been better off with a normal frame and printed pictures.

Still haven’t received it again.

Blurry Photo

The product I received was low quality in regards to the two photos that were in the picture frame. I sent high def/quality photos and it turned out blurry.
